At the Activity Options for Action Plans on Cross-Cutting Issues of Specific Stockholm Convention Articles webinar (24 February 2026), Dr. Roland Weber presented practical guidance on developing and structuring cross-cutting action plans under Chapter 3.3 of National Implementation Plans (NIPs). 

The webinar, organized by Green Growth Knowledge Partnership (GGKP) as part of the GEF-funded and UNEP-led Global NIP Update Project (GEF ID 10785), served as the fourth and final session in the action plan series, complementing previous webinars on individual POP groups by introducing integrated, cross-cutting activity options aligned with specific Convention articles.
