Storytellers, filmmakers, and media innovators—this is your moment. The DOC SOCIETY Climate Story Fund is now accepting applications for 2025, supporting powerful narratives that illuminate the interconnectedness of all life and inspire global climate action.

They need stories that spark emotion, challenge norms, and drive action—whether through documentary, fiction, or impact campaigns. From environmental restoration to social justice, ethical migration, and responsible technology use, these stories must help audiences envision and demand a better future.

? WHAT DOES THE FUND SUPPORT?
? Up to $125,000 in funding for:
✅ Completion of nonfiction projects

The UN and higher education networks, via the Higher Education Sustainability Initiative (HESI), hosted a global online meeting on ‘Future-Proofing Accreditation, Standards and Education’. The event reviewed the international trend of green and sustainability skills and knowledge becoming an integral part of learning.
